Hitman 2: Silent Assassin PC Cheats and Tips

This following procedure involves editing a game file so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Locate the 'hitman2.ini' file in the game folder and find the 'DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms' entry and using a text editor change it to 'DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms'. ALL levels will be marked as completed and a 'Level Selection' menu will be unlocked.

Then press the '~' (tilde) key during gameplay and enter the following case sensitive codes (without the quotes) at the console window to enable the corresponding cheat effect.

Toggle God Mode:

Type 'god (0 or 1)'

Toggle Debug Mode:

Type 'ipdebug (0 or 1)'

Unlimited Ammunition:

Type 'infammo'

ALL Weapons:

Type 'giveall'

Toggle Invisibility:

Type 'invisible (0 or 1)'

Toggle Nailing Enemy Hands to Wall when Killed:

Type 'nailgun (0 or 1)'

Type the case sensitive code 'IOIMEGAZ' (without the quotes) during gameplay to turn the Punch mod on/off.

Unlock Silenced Ballers Gun:

Complete a level with a Silent Assassin rank.

Unlock Sawed-Off Shotgun:

Complete a level with a Silent Assassin rank twice.

Unlock M4:

Complete 5 levels with a Silent Assassin rank to get the M4 or alternately complete the Shogun Showdown level with a 'Silent Assassin' rank. It is also possible to unlock the M4 by completing the St. Petersburg Stakeout, Tubeway Torpedo, and Invitation to a Party levels with a Silent Assassin' rank ALL in one session.

Open your 'Hitman2.ini' file in the Hitman2 directory using a text editor and then add 'EnableCheats 1' without the quotes and then type 'IOIEQPWEAP' also without the quotes during gameplay to receive full ammunition.

Open the Hitman2.ini in the Hitman2 directory in a text editor and add 'EnableCheats 1' without quotations directly underneath EnableConsole. These cheats can then be activated by typing them in during gameplay.

Unlock God Mode On/Off:

IOIRULEZ or IOIRULEY

Unlock ALL Weapons and Items:

Unlock Mega Power:

IOIPOWER

Unlock Health:

Unlock Slow Motion On/Off:

Unlock Nail Rifle Mode On/Off:

Unlock Every Level Without Cheats:

Start a 'New Game' and when it asks you to choose a difficulty setting go back and select 'Current Game' and every level should be unlocked without a rating.

Use the nailgun cheat and pin a guy to a wall then walk up and drag him. he will strech untill you let him go.

Open the file HITMAN2.INI and enable the console by setting the following two lines:

EnableConsole 1

EnableCheats 1

Then you just type in the following cheats when playing:

IOIRULEZ-God mode

IOIGIVES-All weapons

IOISLO-Slow motion when a enemi dies

IOIER-Bomb mode

IOIHITALI-Ali mode

IOILEPOW-Special attack mode

IOIGRV-Gravity mode

IOINGUN-Nailgun

IOIPOWER-Mega power
