On manager mode how do you change a captain to other player

Go to squads and highlight the player you want to be captain and press square.

I create a club in fifa 08 but when I want to play with it it doesn't apear. What I need to do to play with it?

Your team will be in the Rest of the World league so you can play against other teams from any country in a friendly match or in manager mode by; choosing your country and league and then replacing a club that you don't like/want in your league by pressing square and selecting your club from the rest of the world and you will be able to play with your team.
