How to Unlock Forms in Nobody Saves the World

In total there are 18 different Forms to unlock in Nobody Saves the World, each of which is a different creature with its own set of stats and abilities that can be changed at will. This How to Unlock Forms guide lists each of the Forms, how to access them and also their active and passive abilities. This list does not include the additional abilities that can be purchased from the in-game shop.





How to Unlock Forms


Nobody:
This is the default player character Form.

Rat:
Unlocked in the opening dungeon.

Guard:
Reach Rank C with the Rat.

Ranger:
Reach Rank C with the Rat.

Egg:
Reach Rank B with the Rat.

Horse:
Reach Rank C with the Guard.

Magician:
Reach Rank B with the Guard.

Slug:
Reach Rank C with the Ranger.

Bodybuilder:
Reach Rank B with the Ranger.

Turtle:
Reach Rank C with the Horse.

Monk:
Reach Rank A with the Horse and Magician.



Zombie:
Reach Rank C with the Magician.

Mermaid:
Reach Rank C with the Slug.

Rogue:
Reach Rank A with the Slug and Bodybuilder.

Ghost:
Reach Rank C with the Bodybuilder.

Robot:
Reach Rank C with the Turtle, Monk, and Zombie.

Necromancer:
Reach Rank C with the Mermaid, Rogue, and Ghost.

Dragon:
Reach Rank S with the Egg and Rank C with the Robot and Necromancer.



Form Active and Passive Abilities


Nobody


Signature
- Slap:
A sad little slappy-pooh. Restores +5 Mana on hit.



Rat


Passive
- Scavenge:
Health items also restore +8 Mana with this Nobody Saves the World Rat Form ability.

Signature
- Gnaw (Dark):
Go to town with your little chompers! Restores +4 Mana and builds +15 Poison on hit.



Active
- Consume (Dark):
30% of Consume damage is leeched as Health. Cooldown: 2.5 sec. Costs 30 Mana.

- Detonate Poison (Dark):
Explode all Poisoned baddies on screen. Costs 20 Mana.



Guard


Passive
- Bravado (Sharp):
20% of attack damage is dealt as an extra Sharp attack while below 30% Max Health.

Signature
- Sword Slash (Sharp):
A slashing sword attack. Restores +5 Mana in this dungeon crawler.

Active
- Stomp (Blunt):
Knock opponents away with your stylish booties. Cost 30 Mana.

- Shield Bash (Blunt):
Hold: Block damage at the cost of Mana.
Release: Deflect 30% of all blocked damage. Move Speed -50%.



Slug


Passive
- Slug’s Secret:
Crits do +25% extra damage vs Status-afflicted baddies.

Signature
- Tear Burst (Light):
Hold A: Charge up a barrage of tears. Keep A held to continue firing. Charge Time: 0.5 Sec. Restore +8 Mana.

Active
- Slime Slide (Dark):
Hold: Charge to slide quickly on a trail of slick snail snot. Trail applies Slow. Move Speed +100%. Costs 25 Mana/sec.

- Blob Lob (Light):
Lob a blob of slime that damages and Slows baddies. Costs 35 Mana.





Ranger


Passive
- Poison Tipped (Dark):
All your attacks build +16 Poison.

Signature
- Charge Arrow (Sharp):
Hold A to add damage, range and piercing. Restores +4 Mana on hit.

Active
- Arrow Flurry (Sharp):
Hold to fire a flurry of arrows. Costs 45 Mana/sec.

- Dodge (Sharp):
Dodge forward in Nobody Saves the World, evading attacks and causing damage. Cooldown: 2.0 sec.



Turtle


Passive
- Quick Charge:
Charge time for abilities is reduced -20%.

Signature
- Hell Shell (Blunt):
Hold A to Charge speed and damage. Release A to attack. Fully-charged attacks can’t be interrupted. Restores +8 Mana in this action RPG.

Active
- Water Spray (Light):
Spray a cone of water at baddies to push them away. Costs 30 Mana/sec.

- Slow and Steady (Blunt):
Hunker down and gain 1 Defense Up Buff(s). Hits nearby baddies for 20 Blunt damage. Costs 30 Mana.



Mermaid


Passive
- Mermaid’s Resolve: 4% of damage you take is restored as Mana.



Signature
- Water Burst (Light):
A water projectile that does splash damage to nearby baddies.
Hold A: Charge larger splash attacks. Restores +5 Mana.

Active
- Tail Swipe (Blunt): Swing your tail at baddies and push yourself towards them. Does 30 base damage. Costs 25 Mana.

- Aqua Barrier (Light):
Block 1 attack with a water barrier. Deflect 25% of blocked damage. Cooldown: 4.0 sec. Costs 20 Mana.



Magician


Passive
- Stun Powder:
All of your attacks build +12 Stun with this Nobody Saves the World Form ability.

Signature
- Pick A Card (Light):
Cause some paper cuts. Higher cards do more damage. Restore +15 Mana on hit.

Active
- Hat Trick (Sharp):
Pull an animal Familiar out of a hat… to fight by your side. Costs 35 Mana.

- Confetti Bomb (Light):
A sparkly bomb with a wide range. Sometimes creates a real bomb. Costs 25 Mana



Horse


Passive
- Horsepower:
Signature Moves restore +4 extra Mana when used to break objects.

Signature
- Kick Back (Blunt):
Applies the Impact effect (Baddies take Blunt damage when knocked into walls or each other.) Restores +8 Mana.

Active
- Gallop (Blunt):
Hold to zoom forward with this Nobody Saves the World Horse Form ability, trampling anyone in your way. Move speed +50%. Costs 30 Mana/sec.





Egg


Passive
- Hardened Shell:
Never lose more than 1/3rd of your Max Health from a single hit.

Signature
- Egg Roll (Blunt):
Hold A: Charge and roll into baddies, but watch out for walls. Restores +12 Mana.

Active
- Incubate (Light):
Hold: Recover 75 Health/sec. Deals Light damage to nearby Baddies. Costs 25 Mana/sec.



Rogue


Passive
- Money Motivated:
Picking up money reduces all Cooldowns by 1 sec.

Signature
- Fan of Knives (Sharp):
A - > A - > A: Perform a knife throwing combo.
Hold A: Add range and pierce to the next knives thrown. Restores +1.5 Mana.

Active
- Cloak & Dagger (Sharp):
Hold: Become invisible. Release: Perform a stab that Crits when hitting from behind. Costs 40 Mana/sec.

- Caltrops (Sharp):
Throw a wall of spikes on the ground. Builds 100 Stun. Cooldown: 15 sec.



Zombie


Passive
Zomnomnom:
3% of damage you deal is restored as Health.

Signature
Clawmbie (Dark):
Your body is rotting. Tap: Swing a claw. Hold: Charge a lunge that does more damage. Restores +10 Mana.



Active
Zombite (Dark):
Bite your enemies to Infect them. Costs 40 Mana. When they die, they join you as a Zombie. Cooldown = 3 sec.



Monk


Passive
- Smite (Light):
10% chance to strike baddies with a lightning bolt when damaged or healed. Builds +25 Stun.

Signature
- Palm Pummel (Blunt):
Tap A: Hit baddies with your palms.
Hold A: Charge a blast that restores +2 Mana and builds +15 Stun.

Active
- Holy Light (Light):
Bathe baddies in a damaging Holy Light for 3.5 sec. Costs 80 Mana.

- Bless Me:
Heal yourself and Familiars for 20% Max Health. Cooldown 45 sec. Costs 50 Mana.



Bodybuilder


Passive
- Strongman (Blunt):
Attacks that knock Baddies away gain the Impact effect (Baddies take Blunt damage when knocked into walls or each other.) Impact damage +100%.

Signature
- Bench Press (Blunt):
A slow, big hit. Probably not how barbells are meant to be used. Restores +15 Mana.

Active
- Pump Up (Blunt):
Pump those muscles. Hits nearby baddies with 20 Blunt damage. Grants 1 Attack UP Buff. Costs 50 Mana.

- Flex (Blunt): Hold:
Create a flurry of fists. Costs 20 Mana + 40 Mana/sec. Cooldown = 3 sec.





Ghost


Passive
- Spooky:
All your attacks build +12 Fear.

Signature
- Boo (Dark):
An aura that hits over time. Restores +1.25 Mana and lowers Boo’s Cooldown 0.12 sec per hit. Initial Blast builds +100 Fear.

Active
- Ethereal (Dark):
Pass through baddies and their attacks. Reduced Move Speed -50%. Costs 30 Mana/sec.



Robot


Passive
- Steel Plated (Sharp):
Reduce damage taken by 0.75% of your Max Health and deal 8 base Sharp damage to surrounding baddies.

Signature
- Lightning Drill (Light):
Tap A: Punch with the drill.
Hold A: Continuously spin the drill. Restores +2.5 Mana.

Active
- Ravager Rocket (Blunt):
Fires a rocket that transforms after 0.5 secs. Transformed rocket has a 100% Crit chance. Costs 40 Mana.

- Tempest Barrage (Dark):
Hold: Fire a barrage of homing missiles at nearby baddies. Costs 6 Mana/missile.



Necromancer


Passive
- Blood Pact:
Familiars are healed for 100% of all damage you do while working to beat Nobody Saves the World.

Signature
- Necrotic Lightning (Dark):
Hold A: Shoot Necrotic Lightning from your fingies. Restores 12 Mana.

Active
- Summon Demon (Dark):
Cast an unholy circle that deals Dark damage. Summons Demon Familiars from Corpses. Costs 50 Mana.



- Blood Sacrifice (Dark):
Sacrifice the lowest-Health Familiar for 2 Attack UP Buffs. Creates a Dark explosion. Cooldown: 12 sec.



Dragon


Passive
- Dragon's Dread:
+10% Crit chance vs baddies that have negative Status Effects applied.

Signature
- Clawmbo (Sharp):
Tap A: Swing the Dragon in Nobody Saves the World's giant claws. Restore 3 Mana.
Hold A: Charge up a dash that leaves Burning lava in your wake. Lava deals Light damage.

Active
- Fire Breath (Light):
Hold: Breath fire. Power and range start to dwindle after 1 sec. Builds +35 Burn. Reduced Move Speed -50%.

- Fire Ball (Light):
Tap: Blast a fiery Fire Ball.
Hold: Fire Ball explodes, leaving a lava pool that builds Burn. Costs 45 Mana.
