Yea even though i dont have this game i wanted to find out if its possible.. ive been all over the internet looking for answers ....i dont think u canGuest answered:
It's becuse the rating on the ds is e for everyone so your sim can die or woohoo, that's what I heard the game develepers say pluse why would they should, some little kid would buy this & see blurred out sims woohooing (or black bars), I don't think there parents want to anser the qustion "mommy, daddy what are the sims doing"... So anyways yeah you can't becuse it's e for everyone.

I have tried so many times to get my sims to woohoo.I don't think you can either because like people were saying it's rated E.I have an IPod Touch and you can download sims for free and you can woohoo,but I don't think that you can have babies.
