You can't have a baby on DS because it is rated E. Anything that is rated E you can't have a baby on. For sims rated T, however you must get the lover to think of you as 'extremly irrisistible' (spelling error) then either:
1.)click on the lover and hit 'amourus' (spelling error) in that section hit 'try for baby'. They should go to a bed, (must be double)go under the covers and 'move around alot'.
2.)get them both to relax on a bed,(must be double) and click on the lover. Chose 'try for baby' in the section and they shold go under the covers and 'move around alot'

Be amourous for a while then say propose to move in with or propose for marriage
