First you propose then go under amazing and it will say have kids divorce step up or kill and choose have kids

Once your married get two sims of opposite sex in a double bed click relax then click up, down ,left, right, b, y then you have a baby hope this worked.

Im sorry but I don't think you can have kids because it's for kids 7 :( all you can do is have a roomate wife or girlfriend :(

I tried kissing and flirting with my husband and nothing happened.I don't think ypu can have akid on the sims 3 for a nds.
