How can I get shiny Pokemon in the wild very easily it's half normal half shiny

There is no such thing as a "half normal half shiny" Pokemon.

After obtaining the Shiny Charm (by completing the National Pokedex-except for some legendaries) the chance of encountering a wild shiny Pokemon decreases to 1/2730. Using the Masuda Method (breeding method) further increases the chances of obtaining a shiny Pokemon to 1/1024.

Actually, I was wrong. The Shiny Charm is ONLY in Black 2 and White 2. There is no way to increase the chance of finding a shiny pokemon in the wild in this game. Although the Masuda Method does work with bred pokemon.
