Mistralton Cave can be found on Route 6. You must have HM Surf to reach Mistralton Cave.

Mistralton cave is a route behind mistralton city.
You need surf to get there.

The real way yo find Mistralon Cave is first, go to the beginning of the cave that sparks with electricity( otherwise none as where Clayton knocks down the "Galvantula web" ), then go all the way to the right, next you surf all the way to the right, land on the open ground and Tada! It's there(Warning: when you get there you need strength, flash, and possibly surf again, be sure to bring some Max repels).
