I need to get these 2 TMs, Strength Waterfall I have beaten whole game so they should be possible to get but I don't where they are, can someone please tell me?

HM04 (Strength) can be obtained from someone in Nimbasa City.
HM05 (Waterfall) can be found on Route 18 near the Team Plasma Sage.
