Yeah um hi it's me again you might think oh this questions stupid why are you even asking well I want to know can you get with someone like marry boy friend and girl friend have a family that kinda stuff can you do that thnx

You cannot do that within any Pokemon Game. It's just not possible.
However, sometimes in Pokemon Games your friend "gives you hints." In Pokemon Platinum, you friend (Lucas/Dawn) sometimes give you hints in your Villa. I even noticed that Lyra give you hints in Pokemon HeartGold and Pokemon SoulSilver.
