Where can I find the HM for Strength, because I want to get to some places but I can't because I don't have Strength. Any help is appreciated.

You can get it by talking to the guy in the house one house up and one house to the left of the Nimbasa Pokemon Center.
And a word of advice: talk to everyone everywhere you go! It really helps, and people give you free stuff. Hope I helped!
