Question for Pokemon White
In any of the Pokemon games for gameboy/DS, why can't I give a carbos or protein or a zinc to a high level Pokemon? When I try, it says it would have no effect.

I believe this is becuase stats on Higher Level Pokemon are at there Maximum, but I'm not 100% sure. Stats have a lot to do with EVs, Natures, and other elements.

It is because that Pokemon's EV's are at it's maximum, or you have used the maximum amount of medicine to a Pokemon for a single stat (which is ten).
