Michael answered:

You are not able to go to the Sinnoh Region in Pokemon White or Pokemon Black. Unova is said to be so far away from the other regions, that you need to travel by plane to get there.

Hope this helps!

Guest answered:

There is no such place as "Shhino."

Assuming that you mean "Sinnoh," then the answer is; play Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum versions. No Pokemon game has ever allowed you to travel to different regions. (With the exception of GSC and HGSS, where the two regions are connected)

Guest answered:

If you mean Sinnoh, then no, you cannot get there anyway you try.

White- Unova
Platinum- Sinnoh
Diamond- Sinnoh
Pearl- Sinnoh
SoulSilver- Johto, Kanto

Ruby- Kanto, Johto, Hoenn
Emerald- Kanto, Johto, Hoenn
Pokemon Ranger- Oblivia
Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs- Oblivia
Red- All(major)
Blue- All(major)
Yellow-All(major)
Green- All(major)

I don't know why I did this, but "(major)" was supposed to mean that I don't have a clue, I'm just guessing.

I would love to correct the person above me by saying that red blue and yellow are KANTO.
