You can buy one from major retailers such as Target or Walmart. Gamestops and other game stores should have them too. Otherwise, you can find them online on Ebay and Amazon.

I'll warn you now about Action Replay that Nintendo does not support them, and you will no longer be able to go online with your Pokemon games after using it.
There's also a pretty good chance you'll fry your Action Replay chip, and on some occasions break your copy of Pokemon.

To get an action replay, you can possibly go to your local Wal-Mart or your local gamestore and buy the hardware itself.
