I think on dsi xl can't you hit wifi setting from beginning of game. Also available in bottom left corner of "online" on c-gear. If not, at the dashboard or whatever it's cause right when you turn it on, find setting, then go to internet, then pick the connection you use, I think you either scroll down and change dns from auto-obtain to no, and type in new dns code to primary part. If you don't scroll down just find DNS.
