Question for Pokemon White

On Pokemon White...How do you get telekenesis because I been through route 18 a billion times and I jus can't get to that area where the tm and the trainer??? Please and thanx

To get to that portion of Route 18, you have to go around the prefab house with the treasure hunters in it and back onto the northern part of Route 17. Near the entrance to P2 Laboratory, there should be a strip of water that takes you to a small channel on Route 17 filled with Trainers. At the western end of this channel is the small beach on Route 18 where Battle Girl Hillary is walking around. In the tall grass beyond is TM19 (Telekinesis).

Try walking through or between the trees this may work.
