Do you mean to walk around with it like in HG/SS? If so, then I'm sorry but you can't in B/W. I really wish they put that in though. :(

To access your Pokemon to view stats, use HMs, etc., press X and choose Pokemon. Your whole team should be there. To view an individual, choose it.
Unfortunately, unlike HG and SS, you cannot walk with your Pokemon by your side.
