How do I get Thundorus(or tornadus) in Pokemon White because I accidentaly defeated Thundrus(or tornadus)???help me and Thanks

If you defeated it, the only other way to get one is by Trade.

Ummm you can't in Pokemon White Tornadus is in Pokemon Black and Thundurus is in Pokemon White. If you have both go to Abundant Shrine on Route 14 and Landorus will come down. Unlike the other ones he will not run away upon attack however he has a really bad catch rate so come with a lot of Ultra Balls and/or Dusk Balls. Also Thundurus is blue and I think Tornadus might be green although I might be mistaken. Also he doesn't die if you defeat him you have to just wait until the electronic billboards say that thre is a very unusual storm happening on Route (insert number here) although I have found a glitch in it; sometimes the route numbers are not right. Hope this helps.
