Though trading with 998 friends (999 if you used yours). Each friend must trade over a Pokemon holding a masterball.
Why would you want 999 masterballs? There are only 649 Pokemon, plus masterballs take all the fun out of catching Pokemon.

You can get Zekrom or Reshiram "IF" you are battling against the Team Galactic Leader 'N' or fill out all of 20 boxes with Pokemon(1 box = 36 pokemons) + Battle box(6) + your party(6), which means you need to have a total of 732 (20X36 + 6 + 6) pokemons caught. After that, you will see Zekrom or Reshiram (Lv50) at the top of the Dragon Spiral Tower.

That is not true on Pokemon white it is possible if you have kyurem and zekrom in your party

First of all you need to have zekrom and kerroym in your party and go to dangain spell tower she will be there,OR clear the game the first time
