Question for Pokemon White
Two things:
1. In which Pokemon center do I find a Gracidea?
2. I was walking on the Marvelous bridge and noticed a guy and girl on the eastern end, I walked between te two, and the girl disappeared... What's up with that?

1. Lacunoa Town Pokemon Center.
2. It is a spirit of a girl who use to play there, long ago, before the bridge was built...

I just figuredthis out! Ok so you must have Pokemon white then after you beat the elite four go to the white forest run around till you get abra then go to marvelous bridge where the ghost is she will talk to you and after awhile she will turn into a legendary I think

Does the abra have to be from white forest or can it be a transfered one?

That girl is not a ghost. She is a little girl who played there, never got the chance while the bridge was being built, and now plays on the bridge, freaking people out with Abra's Teleport move.

Actually,in the Lacunoa Pokemon Center, there is a girl and if you show her a Shaymin(the Shaymin you show her has to be a fateful encounter)she will give you a Gracedia

I also read on Bulbapedia,that on special occasions, a ghost girl will show and if you go near her,she will dissapear.And then some time later,a woman will tell you the ghost girl you saw was a girl who played there with an Abra before the bridge was built
