When you are in Opelucid City heading to Route 10 then talk to the guide and they will tell you about a storm on Route 7 once there you will run into Tornadus or Thundurus and they will run away right away so try to use Mean Look or a move like that to stop them from running away, then use a quick ball to capture them or lower their HP.

First go to Opelucid City and head to Route 10. Talk to the Guide at the counter and she will tell you that she heard a message on her Xtransciever that says that there is a huge storm on Route 7. Go to Route 7. There you will find Thunderus. Thunderus runs away on it's first turn, so you might, if you want to catch him, use Spider Web or Mean Look. Ariados can learn Spider Web and Haunter can learn Mean Look. It is lv. 50. It is a legendary Pokemon. You were also asking for steps on how to catch Tornadus, too, so here is how: Do the exact same thing, but it will only work on Pokemon Black Version. I hope that I've helped. MaPoLe3591
