Question for Pokemon White

Where is the move tutors hoouse? If it's in driftveil city then why won't he let me ask him to teach my Pokemon moves anymore?

I think it is because you can only teach those moves to a starter Pokemon.

There is one in Driftveil City, but these move are fought only to one of these nine Pok�mon:
Tepig - Fire Pledge
Snivy - Grass Pledge
Oshawott - Water Pledge
Pignite - Fire Pledge
Servine - Grass Pledge
Dewott - Water Pledge
Emboar - Fire Pledge
Serperior - Grass Pledge
Samurott - Water Pledge
There is also one in Blackthorn City, which will teach any move possible to any of your Pok�mon, make a possible Pok�mon learn Draco Meteor, who the female Elder describes as "The Best Dragon-type move that I know of", or delete any Pok�mon move that they may have learned. This is useful for deleting HM moves, which are impossible to forget on it's own. I hope that I've helped. MaPoLe3591

What am I thinking, Blackthorn City... That's in Johto! I mean I DON'T KNOW.

To get him to teach your Pokemon moves, you probably need to give him a Heart scale or two.
