Question for Pokemon White

When does it let you trade Pokemon between black and white? It keeps saying they are still getting things ready...

I believe you can trade between Black and White after the first or second gym leader.

In order to do ANYTHING online you need the c-Gear. To get the C-Gear defeat the first gym leader. Then after you exit there will a professor waiting outside the gym. Follow her into the building then go upstairs. After you talk to her go to the dreamyard. Use the HM1 cut on the small tree. After you do that Biance will go in first. Then walk up to munna, battle team plasma then go back to professor Funnel's house. Talk to her and then you will get the C-Gear. Now you can go online! But in order to view Battle videos you need the VS. Recorder. You can find it in Nimbassa city right before you enter the Battle Subway. And to see musical videos you need the prop case. You find that in the theater in the upper right part of Nimbasa. But make sure you ar doing the first one. And also. You can trade using the C-Gear. Press the 'big red Button!
