How do you trade celibe over to white they wont let me use the trade station in the poke center?

Go to a building in Castelia City, and find a man in a white coat with black hair. You'll be given the chance to give him four words. Enter The following:

Everyone Happy
Simple Connection

This will unlock the relocator. You'll be able to trade over the 3 event dogs and the even Celebi.

An item called 'the relocator' will let you trade celebi to Pkmn White. I added a source for more info.

If you want to trade celeby you need to go to route 15 and got to the transfer lab and do what ever the person say.
(you need two ds)

If you do it your way, the event will not work. Celebi, Raikou, Entei and Suicune MUST go through the Relocator to work, not through the Pokemon Transfer Lab.
