The Cinnabar Gym will be one of the last Gyms you'll face. After you have battled the Snorlax outside Diglett Cave, go through Diglett cave. After this, battle the Pewter City Gym. After you have defeated the Pewter City Gym Leader, head south all the way to Pallet Town. From there, surf south until you get to Cinnabar Island.
