Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
Will traded Pokemons still obey me when they pass level 70?
In Emerald , I have raised a Menectric (lvl 55) and newly captured Rayquaza (lvl 70). When I import them to SS, will Menctric eventually grow fond of me when I train him further and still be able to control him when he levels above 70?
Do I have to kiss up to Rayquaza or is he a lost case?

If you're already at Pal Park in Fuchsia City, then both of these Pokemon will obey you. This is because you're already far enough into the game.
I believe you only need Eight Gym Badges in order for all Pokemon above Level 70 obtained through Trade to obey you.
