Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
I'm a gamer and I know just how to and where to find any Pokemon, but right now I can't find a Mew without a cheat in soul silver. Can somebody please help me?

Mew cannot be found in Pokemon SoulSilver. You can only obtain one by Trade, an Action Replay Code, or Migration (Pal Park).

Mew is an event exclusive Pokemon, that means that it has only ever been available through events. There is currently not Mew event active for any game, which means that is you want one you must trade for or migrate one.
