Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
I know to delete my game I need to hold up, select, and B. But it won't work with my 3ds. Is there a way to delete a file on my 3ds?

You are correct that you need to hold Up, Select, and B. It works on any system. You must be trying it on the main menu. Try using the command on the Title Screen, where you see Lugia swimming at the bottom of the ocean. If all else fails, you could always start a new game and save over the old one.
