A Rare Candy can be found on Route 34, in Violet City, in Mt. Mortar, in the Shining Lighthouse, in Tin Tower, in Ecruteak City, on Route 27, and on Victory Road.
A Rare Candy can also be obtained from the Poke Fan Club President in Vermillion City. If you score high on the women's test in the Johto Radio Tower, you will get a Rare Candy.
You can also buy Rare Candies from the Battle Frontier and the Pokeathlon Dome.

They can be found using the item searcher eg ecreteike city,next to hiker at battle fortunier entrance,lighthouse floors and you can find one outside the indigo plateag and you can find another on and a nugget next to the daycare...

Theres also a rare candy that you can get from the lady with the persian next to the bench when you enter the pokeathlon dome.

this answer is wrong!!!!!!!!! u can get a rare candy from the lady whos walking up and down with her pokemon. talk 2 her and she will give u a rare candy. xd hope this helps.
