Question for Pokemon Soul Silver

So I got a cheat to be able to get all item available but there are some that I have no a what they are for like SecretPotion, Gracieda, Slopoke Tail, Clear Bell, RageCadyBar, Lock Capsule, and finally Enigma Stone. Could you help me out on that please?

Secret Potion is an item from Diamond and Pearl, so it has no use in Soul Silver. The Gracidea is to transform Shaymin into it's Sky forme. The Slowpoke Tail was a beta item, but was never given out in game. The Clear Bell is basically the same thing as the Tidal Bell, except it's Heart Gold exclusive. The Rage Candy Bar can be given to a man in the Kanto Underground Tunnel in exchange for TM Explosion. The Lock Capsule was an Event that was never distributed. It's supposed to be sent to Black and White through the Relocator to get TM Snarl. The Enigma Stone is used to get Latias in Soul Silver. If you bring it to the Pewter City Museum, Steven will be there. You can then talk to the Scientist to have him extract a Soul Dew from it.

What's up with those items that are useless then? Why would Nintendo and the Pokemon Company do that? But in any way than you so much mate, that was really helpfull.
