Could you explain what you mean? There is no rounds in handheld Pokemon games, unless you mean the 44th battle in one of the Battle Frontier facilities, in that case, the only answer is well rounded Pokemon on a well rounded team and luck.

I don't believe there are any types of rounds in this game. The only thing that high are levels in your Pokemon, and you'll just have to beat while Pokemon and other trainers to advance to that stage.
