I got an answer for part of you're question. I know how to evolve piloswine but I don't know the others, sorry. Piloswine evolves by levelling up knowing the move Ancient Power. Hope this helps.

In order to evolve Aipom you need to level it up to level 32 and teach it the move double hit or level it up once it knows double hit. To get Grimer to evolve into a Muk you need to get it to level 38. Also for Pineco you just need to level it up to level 31. For Chansey to evolve you need to level it up when it has high friendship. You can raise it's friendship by putting it at the head of your party, walking with it in the Pokewalker, giving it stat-boosting items such as Zinc and Protein, and by having it groomed in the Goldenrod Tunnel. Hope this helps!
