How do I find Arceus in this game? Or is he only to be found in Heartgold? Please could you tell me where he is? Do you have any tips on how to catch him?

Well, Arceus isn't in this game. The only way you'll ever be able to get it on this game is to either hack it with an Action Replay, or trade it over from a Diamond/Pearl/Platinum game. Sorry. :/
