It is impossible to get the blue orb in SS. You can only get the red and green orbs. With them you go to the embedded tower to get Groudon or Rayquaza respectivly.

Head to route 47 and surf around till you get to the Embedded Tower. Catch the legendary Pokemon (Kyogre for the blue orb, Groudon with the Red Orb.) then trade get the other legendary Pokemon. Have them both in your party and go talk to Professor Oak who will then give you the Jade Orb. Go back to the tower and Rayquaza will appear.

in ss i can't get blue orb .why? i trade with a friend ,he give me kyogre and i went to prof. elm or oak and nothing happen. why?

You get the Red Orb in SS, which you get Groudon. You ain't suppose to get no Blue Orb in this version.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
