You can get mew from a pokemon event(that passed a long time ago) deoxys idk about, and Darkrai you can trade from diamond or pearl.

I don't believe you can catch either in this game. They all have to be traded over or migrated via Pal Park from a Gen 3 game. Some from other Gen 4 games.

You can catch Mew at mt moon but it's hard 2 find him and deoxys can appear at pallet town
