how can i get pichu?? i don't know how, i saw someone say that u can get it in a event, but which one? i really want it

A regular Pichu you can get through breeding a Pikachu or Raichu. If you're talking about the Pikachu colored Pichu, then you'll need to get one traded to you. I know for a fact that several people have a Pichu like that up for trade in our trading forum located here. Just look through the first posts in the threads.
