EV code for Action Replay
I need an Action Replay code that maxes out EV's like the code in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum; this code allows a vitamin such as Carbos or Protein to max out the Ev's in that stat. The code can be edited so that the hex can be changed to edit the EV increase. For example if on the default code, one carbos would give 252 Ev's in speed. The code should be made so that I can make it a different value.
