Mean Look - Golbat
Hey all. I started play Soul Silver 3 days ago, and I want to start a Pokemon game without Action Replay. Im finish with all the gyms in Johto so my next step is to cath Entei and Raikuo; but on Soul Silver wont my Crobat learn the Tm: Mean Look (witch don't let the wild Pokemon flee from battle as Entei and Raikuo do) and I have leveled him whole way from lv.5-23!
Do someone know what level Crobat learn Mean Look at Soul Silver??

Crobat can learn it at level 33 I belive if not it's 35 you're walcum

Go to professer oak and he will give you hammer you will keep hiting crobat until he learns mean look
