WHERE ARE THE KIMONO GIRLS?!?

OK! This is DRIVING ME CRAZY!! The Kimono girls said to meet me at Whirl Island, Iv'e been looking EVERY WHERE in the tunnels! Can someone plz tell me where they are or tell me directions to all the Kimono girls!

You need to go to the upper right island.
Go in and go up until you can't go up any longer.
Go to the right until you can't go right any longer.
Go up again until you come to a ladder and climb down.
Use flash and keep going down/left until you find another ladder.
Climb down.
Go down until you meet a man. He will see the silver wing and let you pass.
Go down.
Finish.

It's wierd because Pokemon keep appearing by the island when I still have on my Max Repel!

go to the top right island and follow the route down to the guy that wants the feather, then go down the ramps to the cave entrance and the kimono girls are inside where lugia is supposed to appear
