It's a cheating device that fits onto your DS via the GBA slot, I believe. You may be able to find one in Gamestop (not being American means I know nothing of the shop), but trying to find one online is your best bet. Try Amazon or Play.

I don't believe there are any game sharks available for the DS. The only thing you can get for that is an Action Replay, which operates in a similar manner. I do believe they sell them at Gamestop for around 20 dollars. That's what they sell them for where I live, anyway. Best of luck to you in obtaining one.
