It will be in it's Origin Forme only if you have Arceus in your HeartGold/SoulSilver game, and by triggering an event. There are three portals. Step into the red one, and you'll get an egg. Wait for it to hatch, and you'll get Giratina in it's Origin Forme equipped with the Grigerous Orb. It's a nice suprise, but it's kind of on the weak side. You'll find out why later. Hope this was able to help you out.

The event has to do with Arceus. I believe you get warped from the Ruins of Alph to the Sinjoh Ruins. To activate the event you have to have the event Arceus in the first party slot.
