I accidentally opened a present that a villager gave to me to deliver.I sent it to them in a letter.What now?

Sending it to them isn't going to work. You have to hand deliver it to them so sorry but you shouldve kept the present. Now go back to the guy who wanted the present delivered and he will get full agro at you.

You shouldn't send it because the person that wanted you to deliver it wanted it done in a certain time. If you ever do that again just keep the present. Once you open it it is too late.
