The ghost comes at around 4:00 at night and he is real. You catch him with a bug net and if you do he either picks all your weeds in town, or gives you one wish.

Hey Cowboyhannis, umm i'm not sure because I chose the weeds one because I had been doing some TT which can really suck for your enviroment.
