First of all snow has to have fallen to your ground and stayed there. To build a snowman you look for 2 snow balls randomly around your town. When you find one start rolling it until it is big enough for the base. Roll the other one and push it into the bigger one and it will stack on top of it and become a snowman. WARNING:dont push your snowballs into water or crush them into trees. They will fall apart and you will not be able to make a snowman.

Hope I helped!!!

There has to be snow on the ground I picked December 23rd and you just walk around until you find a little snow ball. When you walk it will start moving very fast but make sure you don't push it into anything cause it will break. Roll it to wear it's big then find another one and do the same then roll one of them into the other snowball and then you just made a Snowman.
Well I hoped I helped.
