It stops when you have the mansion which is 5 rooms and your attic. Very expensive but you have a really comfy life!

There is a way to stop it, all you have to do is pay of the entire morgage, and to get more bells there are multiple ways of doing so, Heres a few:
Number 1: Sell Fruit (Your towns main fruit sells foer 100 bells each and different fruit sell for 5oo bells Each)
Number 2: Catch Fish/ Bugs and sell them to Nook
Number 3: Dig up Fossils or Gyroids and sell them to Nook (Make sure to apprais the fossil)
Number 4: THis is done in steps
Step 1:Put alot of bells in the savings account at The Post Office (E.G. 10,000)
Step 2:Save and end game
Step 3:Restart ds and enter the options menu and change the DS' internal clock's year (if you put 10,000 Bells put it to 2099, If 1,000,000 Bells set it to 2030, If 2,000,000 or more increase the current year by one)
Step 4: Save settings and reload your Animal Crossing File, you should recieve a message saying you got interest for 30 days of serevice ( Dont worry, it always says that)And that you have recieved 99,999 Bells!

If you do this alot, you can get alot of bells, I got over 10 million bells!

And for the animals moving out of your town, they will do that alot of the time, wether you want them to or not. Its supposed to be like real life.
But there is a way to keep them in town, visit the villager's house daily and if they are planning to move, (You will see a bunch of moving boxes, you can't miss them) Talk to them and they will say things like "I'm Planning to move..." but if you select the first option given to you(Its usually something like "Dont move!"), they will say they will have to think qabout moving if you select the second Option (Its usually "Farewell, then you can almost garuntee that they will move from your town, thats why it's good to play AAWW often.

NNNOOOOO! If you listen to Pro-Gamer your town will become horrible, full of weeds, everyone will have moved out and, well, your town will become horrible!

The best way to make money is this. It gets me 10,000 or more a day!
Make like loads of trees with fruit from other towns! Once they've grown into trees, you can get fruit off them every day and sell them for 500 bells per fruit!

As for people leaving, go around your town every day and talk to everyone you don't want to move. If they're packing up, keep saying that you don't want them to leave until they change their mind.
