I think it's 3000 bells you have to pay him... Bring your bells into his tent, and tell him that you'd like to be a part of his family... That should work, hope it helps.

Talk to everybody in ye village somebody will cough it up then when he comes in to town tell him it then talk to him then pay 3,000 bells to become a member of his family

Besides the PW and the bells, you need to be wearing a certain color. Unfortunately, I don't know what factor determines it.

You need to get Redd's password by talking to the animals. Then give Redd the password and pay him 3,000 bells.

first you have to find out the password that will let you into the tent and then you must go to the tent type in the password and pay redd 3000 bells that should do the job

Don't become a member of Crazy Redd's family because he sell's you fake rare painting's and items. Don't pay him to buy any of his items because it's a rip off. THEIR ALL FAKE!!!
