How do you get a tailor in your town I need to know.... oh if you have one can you change your hair style ?

The tailor, "Able Sisters", run by Mable and Sable Able, is next to Nook's Cranny or whatever it's called in your town now. You can get a wig at the tailor, but you cannot actually change your hair style. Just get a wig. At the tailor you can get new tees, new helmets, hats, hair, masks, glasses and new designs that you can put on your floor, an easel, wall, on a welcome mat, or on your umbrella. You can also design on your own!

The Able Sister's is always there, beside Nook's shop. Also you can get wigs there and change hairstyles at Nookington's once you get it(buy 250,000 bells worth and have a wireless buddy buy something) for 3,000 bells.
