Quite easy first you go to Shampoodle then you talk to harriet she will ask you some questions first after you pay 3,000 bells and sit in the chair with the machine behind it.She will ask first "Everyday or Big nights?",you choose big nights.After that you choose "Well, Duh!".after that it is "RAWK!"then you will get the ponytail!hope this helped!
