How do you make grass in your city grow? Because anything I try to do to make the grass grow won't work.

Grass? Like the weeds? Just time travel(change the time on your DS in it's settings) or did you mean the pretty clovers which are considered weeds but I think they add character so I will never get the golden watering can.

You need black roses and a golden watering can. To get black roses, you need to crossbreed a red rose and a red rose. To get a golden watering can, you need to have a perfect town for 15 days. Wait for the black rose to wilt and water it with the golden watering can.
