Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

SOMEONE HELP!! I put patterns ALL OVER my town, took out all weeds, and time traveld 16 days later to get a golden watering can. But I didnt get it. Where do I get it? How many trees do I have to have in my town? Please help!

To get a perfect town you can't have patterns all over your town. You can only have a few. Also, you need enough greenery. Before going forward 16 days, talk to pelly to check if your town is perfect.

That's Easy. But first - Your doing completely wrong!
Take this guide as an example:

Ok. Your looking to make your town perfect. This has
Got you covered!

1. First, go to pelly/phyliss (depends where your time zone is!) they will tell you, your town isnt perfect.
2. Add lots of trees and flowers. LOTS . Or you could do the acre guide (check out www.animalcrossingcommunity.com)
3. Go to pelly/phyllis again and they will tell you your town is perfect.
4 wait 16 days. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TIME TRAVEL! It fails it.
5 after 16 days, go to pelly/phyllis again to collect your golden watering can!
